The transaction will allow Thor Equities to expand its portfolio of logistics assets after it entered the segment in Spain in September. The portfolio acquired includes three industrial buildings located in strategic enclaves of Cataluña and Andalucía, all designed for last-mile distribution.
Savills Aguirre Newman has brokered the operation advising the seller, a Catalan family office, for an undisclosed amount.
