The American prop-tech Pacaso has arrived in Spain. The company is looking to establish its co-ownership model for luxury homes.
“Pacaso’s model is about 100% co-ownership, unlike in the case of a timeshare. With us, the client acquires real ownership of a single-family home. With a timeshare, people buy the right to use a hotel room or a condominium for a certain period only”, explains Razor Suleman, President of Pacaso globally.
