Madrid City Council has convened a public tender for the sale of two tertiary-use plots located in Valdebebas, together spanning 40,000 square metres.
The Town Hall has set the price of the tender at around 17 million euros for one of the plots and at just over 20 million euros for the other plot. This measure forms part of a wider plan to put another 260,000 square metres of land on the market.
