The Town Hall of Madrid Puts Tertiary Land Spanning 40,000 m2 in Valdebebas Up For Sale

Madrid City Council has put out to tender two tertiary-use plots spanning a combined surface area of 40,000 square metres. The plots are priced at 17 million euros and 20 million euros, respectively.

Madrid City Council has convened a public tender for the sale of two tertiary-use plots located in Valdebebas, together spanning 40,000 square metres.

The Town Hall has set the price of the tender at around 17 million euros for one of the plots and at just over 20 million euros for the other plot. This measure forms part of a wider plan to put another 260,000 square metres of land on the market.
