The Spanish Socimi has an asset portfolio valued at 310 million euros, comprising 27 properties (2 hospitals, 18 nursing homes, 2 socio-health centres and 5 polyclinics), which it leases to high-profile operators in the health sector such as Quirón Salud, Colisée, Maisons de Famille / Amavir, Ballesol, Emera, Viamed and Clece.
