The South African Fund Vukile Increases its Stake in the Socimi Castellana Properties

The South African fund now owns 82.54% of the share capital of the Socimi that specialises in shopping centres.

On 22 February, Vukile Property Fund, the South African fund and main shareholder of Castellana Properties, acquired a total of 4,897 shares in the Socimi, at a unit price of 5.70 euros, for a total of 27,912.90 euros.

Following the execution of the transaction, the stake owned by Vukile Property Fund amounts to 82.54% of the company’s capital, as reported to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
