The main Socimis on the Spanish Stock Exchange lost more than a third of their value in 2020 due to the impact of Covid, which also led to a significant decrease in the number of firms making their debuts on the alternative market. Just six firms made the leap in 2020.
The shares of Socimis have been trading below their gross asset values (GAV) for years. Only Colonial has managed to overcome this situation.
