A major operation has been signed in the BTR market in Málaga. The promoter AQ Acentor has sold the three rental housing blocks that it is building in the Princesa neighbourhood to the Socimi Vivenio. It has also sold plot R3.2 where another 170 rental apartments could be built in the San Lucas area.
The amount of the operation has not been officially disclosed, but market sources suggest that it must be high. And it’s no wonder: the trio of buildings is the largest build-to-rent development currently under construction in the city of Málaga, comprising 350 units. The total investment in the AQ Jacarena promotion has exceeded 85 million euros.
