The summer holidays have started, but the transactions are continuing and so are the discounted prices. Vandor, the Socimi owned by the investment fund Patron Capital, has acquired the building located on Calle Muntaner 448 in Barcelona and another property on Calle General Concha in Bilbao. The British fund has disbursed almost 16 million euros on the two assets, just a few weeks after closing another acquisition, that of a coliving property in Valencia.
In total, Vandor has paid 10 million for the building in Barcelona and another 5.9 million euros for the property in the Basque capital. In addition, the entity has closed financing in connection with both operations amounting to 12.41 million euros, according to El Periódico de España.
