Trajano Iberia is divesting. The listed Socimi has completed the sale of its office building in Bilbao for 42 million euros to a local family office.
The building is a mixed-use property with a leasable area of 8,927 square meters. Currently, it is leased in its entirety. The ground and first floors are for commercial use and span 3,846 square meters. The six upper floors are for office use and span 5,081 square meters.
