Témpore, the rental home Socimi created by Sareb, registered losses of €3.8 million in 2019, which represented a ten-fold increase on the losses recorded the previous year. The company justified its poor performance due to a rise in costs resulting from an increase in activity.
The firm led by Nicolás Saldaña closed the year with losses despite a 55% increase in revenues from rental income from its housing portfolio, which totalled €11.07 million.
