Saint Croix, the Socimi belonging to the Colomer family, which also owns Pryconsa, registered a profit of more than 9.4 million euros during 2020. That figure represents a 34% drop compared to the previous year, when it earned 14.2 million euros, according to a report filed by the company with the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
The company attributes this decrease to the fact that in 2019 it obtained an extra profit of 1.4 million euros from the sale of assets; as well as the fact that the operating margin (NOI) resulting from its leasing activity was negatively affected in 2020 by Covid-19 (down by 2.4 million euros).
