The Socimi Mistral, whose shareholders include several footballers, such as Juan Mata, Fernando Llorente and the former footballer and current president of Real Valladolid Ronaldo Nazario, has created the company Mistral Costa Real Estate to invest in hotels. According to the BORME, the company was incorporated on 1 January 2021.
The firm is dedicated to the acquisition and development of real estate properties for their rental and operation as hotel establishments. The new company’s subscribed share capital amounts to 60,000 euros. The firm’s representative is Juan José Álvarez García, President of Mistral Iberia Estate.
