LaFinca Global Assets, a Socimi owned by the García-Cereceda family specialising in the office segment, has refinanced and extended the syndicated loan that underpins its operation. The company has extended its credit amounting to up to 420 million euros, and in which Caixabank, Santander, BBVA and Allianz participate, until 2029.
In 2016, the Socimi took out a loan amounting to 395 million euros and valid until the end of 2023. With this operation, that credit has been extended until 2029, although LaFinca will have to pay 1.5% of the financing amount a year earlier, according to information submitted by the real estate company to BME Growth.
