As of Wednesday 6 July, the Socimi Inhome Prime Properties made its debut on BME Growth at a price of 10 euros per share, establishing its initial market capitalisation at 11 million euros. Once all the documentation submitted by the company had been analysed and studied, and the valuation report had been approved, the Board of Directors of BME Growth approved the entity’s incorporation onto the BME Growth trading segment of BME MTF Equity.
Inhome Properties has thus become the second Socimi and the seventh company to join the BME market in 2022. Trading of its shares began on Wednesday 6 July.
