The Socimi Domo has received an offer amounting for €25.5 million for its property on Calle Arte Figurativo, whose first occupancy licence is due to be granted within the next few days, according to reports made by the company to the CNMV.
The potential purchaser has started a due diligence process to analyse the building. In accordance with the timetable established in the offer letter and subject to the results of the analysis, the deed could be signed in March with the price being paid in cash.
