Castellana Properties is on the rise. The Socimi specialising in retail parks and shopping centres has presented its results for the first half of its financial year, which ran from 1 April 2022 to 30 September 2022. Compared to the same period in 2021, the listed retail specialist increased its net profit by 55.4% to reach 26.4 million euros. Castellana Properties also drove up its gross rental income (GRI), with an increase of 7.6% to reach 31.2 million euros.
With 16 shopping centres and retail parks spanning a combined gross leasable area (GLA) of 350,085 m², the total value of the portfolio has appreciated by 1.1% since March 2022, to reach 1.012 billion euros. And if we include the Socimi’s stake in Lar España? Then the value of the portfolio rises to 1.105 billion euros.
