The Socimi Almagro Capital, which specialises in the acquisition of residential homes from the elderly and the subsequent formalisation of long-term lease contracts, has added seven new flats to its portfolio located in various neighbourhoods of Madrid.
Acquisitions in November
In November, the Socimi acquired two flats located in the Valdeacederas and Palos de Moguer neighbourhoods. In the case of the first, Almagro Capital acquired a home spanning 72m2, for 110,000 euros. For its part, the usufructuary (previous owner) will remain in the home for the rest of their life. Meanwhile, the second flat, for which the Socimi paid 180,000 euros, spans 63 m2 and is located on Calle Delicias in Madrid.
