
The recovery that began in the Spanish real estate sector in April has slowed down due to the impact of the second wave of the Covid-19 pandemic, according to data from CBRE’s Recovery Monitor, which measures the evolution of the sector’s recovery.
This indicator, which aggregates the measurements of 16 variables, registered a reading of +7 as of 30 November, which represents a decrease compared to the reading of +10 in October and +21 in September.
