The Spanish real estate sector is continuing along the path of recovery that it began in April, but the pace has slowed down due to the impact of the second wave of the pandemic.

The recovery that began in the Spanish real estate sector in April has slowed down due to the impact of the second wave of the Covid-19 pandemic, according to data from CBRE’s Recovery Monitor, which measures the evolution of the sector’s recovery.

This indicator, which aggregates the measurements of 16 variables, registered a reading of +7 as of 30 November, which represents a decrease compared to the reading of +10 in October and +21 in September.
