Last week, Michael Schumacher’s family acquired a new plot of land near Port d’Andratx (Mallorca) for 2.8 million euros, according to the German media outlet Die Bunte. The land, which spans 54,315 square metres and is located near the sea, could be converted into a second residence, perhaps the Schumachers’ winter home, according to the agent in charge of the transaction.
The property, which had an initial asking price of 3.6 million euros, could be used for raising horses and setting up a ranch, something the family already does in Switzerland and Texas (USA). This kind of activity would be managed by Michael’s daughter Gina, who is a huge fan of the equestrian world.
