The Rosewood hotel chain, which operates 47 luxury hotels worldwide, is entering Spain through RLH Properties, the Mexican group that owns the Villa Magna Hotel located on Paseo de la Castellana in Madrid. The American firm will manage the establishment once the renovation work has been completed, scheduled for late 2021.
RLH Properties acquired the five-star Villa Magna Hotel, comprising 150 rooms, in November 2018, from the Turkish group Dogus in an operation that was historic due to the amount disbursed: 210 million euros, equivalent to 1.4 million euros per room.
