Idealista International, the holding company that manages Idealista SAU – whose main activity is the operation of the real estate portal of the same name -, closed 2019 with a net profit of 37.06 million euros, up by 156.3% compared to 2018, according to the accounts filed with the Mercantile Registry.
Moreover, the company recorded turnover of 39 million euros last year, up by 143.75%, which mainly comprised dividends distributed by Idealista SAU in both years. The holding company’s EBITDA increased by 144.6% YoY to 38.81 million euros, according to Cinco Días.
