The average price of rental housing in Spain reached 10.2 euros per square metre per month in the third quarter of 2020 and so prices remained at record highs despite the Covid-19 crisis.
However, if we look at prices per month, the average rental price stands at €1,004.8/month, which is 8.74% lower than during the first quarter of the year, according to data collected by the big data real estate platform Brains RE.
