The M&A transaction market in Spain underwent a significant boost in 2021 compared to the previous year. That is according to the latest TTR report, which highlights that the Spanish transaction market registered a total of 2,936 operations in 2021, worth 122.7 billion euros in total.
Those figures represent an increase of 25.15% in terms of the number of transactions compared to 2020 and a rise of 0.95% YoY in mobilized capital.
