A record year just before a quarter of uncertainties. The Spanish real estate market closed the third quarter of 2022 with investment of 4.3 billion euros, up by 27% compared to the same period in 2021.
The data, from CBRE, estimates that investment during the first 9 months of 2022 amounted to 14.2 billion euros, the best figure since the beginning of the historical series (which started in 2007) and above the record reached in 2018 (14 billion euros).
