The property company Lanca has sold a portfolio of industrial and logistics warehouses to some private investors. The assets are located in the País Vasco, Cantabria and Castilla y León. The operation has been advised by the investment consultancy Inverpremium.
For Lanca, this operation represents a new step into “the configuration of an asset portfolio with an optimal composition, and it allows the company to bet on a new strategy oriented towards the current circumstances.”
