The average price of rental housing in Madrid reached 16.5 euros per square metre per month in the third quarter of 2022, and so remained at a record high and well above the national average, which stands at €11/m2/month.
Over the last twelve months, prices in Madrid have grown by 12.92%, whilst in quarter-on-quarter terms, they have risen by 3.7%.
