A transaction has been closed at number 12 of the iconic La Rambla street, in Barcelona. A local investor has bought the 680-square-metre property for 7 million euros. The space is currently occupied by the Casa Lola restaurant but will be replaced by a cultural complex comprising a museum, library and cafeteria, according to reports from Eje Prime.
The asset, which comprises a ground floor spanning 527 square metres and a first floor comprising 153 square metres, has a restaurant license and a terrace permit for up to 24 tables. The transaction has been advised by the consulting firm Laborde Marcet.
