The future of the development of the land located in Los Berrocales in Madrid, which is owned by numerous property developers, including Aedas, Kronos, Vía Célere and Pryconsa, will be at stake at the next landowners’ meeting to be held in November.
At the meeting, the 166 landowners must approve the reparcelling of the land, the third such approval to take place in the 20 years that this development has been paralysed for, according to Invertia.
