The tourist group Servatur has won the bankruptcy auction for the Beverly Park Hotel (in Gran Canaria) for 56 million euros. That price is almost 10 million euros more than the highest valuation offered by the bankruptcy administrators, which was estimated at 47 million euros, according to Europa Press.
The complex has 469 rooms and 3 swimming pools. It is located in the tourist area of Playa del Inglés, near Las Burras and Veril beaches and across from the land where the construction of the Siam Park water park is planned.
