The Neos 20 Business Park Welcomes a New Tenant in the Midst of the State of Emergency

The Jaggaer technology company is going to occupy more than 700 square metres in one of the four recently renovated buildings that make up the 38,000-square-metre park.

The fund Curzon Capital Partners 5, advised by Tristan Capital Partners and Savills IM, has signed a rental contract with the company Jaggaer as the new tenant of the Neos 20 business park, located on the periphery of the A-1 motorway, in the north of Madrid.

The tenant is a company in the technology sector, which has been advised by JLL. It will occupy more than 700 square metres of space in one of the four recently renovated buildings that make up the 38,000-square-metre business park.
