The Navarran hotel group Eventshotels has bought the old Hotel Nicol’s in San Sebastián, located in Monte Igueldo, with the aim of transforming it into a sustainable luxury experience boutique hotel.
The hotel establishment will have gardens spanning 10,000 square metres, along with 50 rooms, two restaurants, a spa with treatments, a solarium, a frontón court, private parking and dedicated spaces for MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Events) tourism.
