
The company RPPSE Espacio Oviedo, which owns 100% of the Modoo shopping centre in the Asturian capital, has filed for voluntary bankruptcy in a Madrid court due to the prolongation of the effects of the pandemic, as reported by Brainsre.news exclusively.
Despite this decision, the company believes that the project “is viable in the medium term.” The bankruptcy request aims to favour the survival of the shopping centre during the difficult period that lies ahead, due to the constant increase in the number of Covid-19 infections.
