Property manager Elix has put a residential portfolio on the market and has commissioned Knight Frank to organise a formal sale process. Specifically, the portfolio comprises five residential buildings located in the centre of Madrid.
So-called Project Daiquiri is made up of three new-build properties and two fully refurbished buildings. In total, they contain 60 homes, two tourist apartments and two commercial premises, according to El Confidencial.
