According to an article in Diario Sur, the developer AQ Acentor, part of the German fund Aquila Capital which acquired the development rights to build two housing estates in Martiricos, has received a green light from the State Agency for Air Safety (Aesa) to proceed with construction.
The flats have prices that start at 143,000 euros for a 43-square-metre studio, while a four-bedroom apartment can be purchased from 400,000 euros.
