
The investment vehicle Xeito owned by the Mahía Solís family, co-founders and co-owners of Kimak (formerly Grupo Caamaño), has launched its residential rental management company Beyome with the aim of achieving 10,000 homes under management in 20 cities around the world within five years and of generating turnover of around 120 million euros by 2025.
To grow its housing portfolio, Beyome is planning to expand through clear three formulae: the purchase and promotion of its own buildings; negotiations with investment funds to incorporate new properties; and the management of assets on behalf of real estate groups, as Iñigo Moreno, CEO of Xeito Investments and Head of Project Consortium explained to Expansión.
