The Luxury Bless Collection Hotel in Madrid Goes On The Market For €135 Million

Four years after buying it, the Ardid family has decided to put the former Gran Hotel Velázquez up for sale, having transformed it into a Bless Collection property.

The Ardid-Villoslada family has put the former Gran Hotel Velázquez in Madrid up for sale, after acquiring the property four years ago from the Salazar family. The property has now been transformed into a Bless Collection property. The Bless Collection is the youngest luxury chain of the Palladium Group, which is owned by the Matutes family.

According to several sources in the know, the Ardid family has engaged the consultancy JLL to sell this establishment, the last five-star luxury hotel on Madrid’s Golden Mile, according to El Confidencial.
