The capital of the Costa del Sol will soon have a new shopping centre. El Mayorazgo shopping centre will be located at number 8 Calle de la Era, on the outskirts of El Mayorazgo, in the east of the city and in the vicinity of Colinas del Limonar, one of the most luxurious urbanisations in Málaga.
With a gross leasable area (GLA) of 4,290 square metres, the new commercial space will comprise retail areas and services, leisure, restaurants and 139 parking spaces, as well as electric vehicle charging points.
