The Losantos family has been shopping in the US. The family, which operates under the company Maori European Holding and which was previously the owner of the shoppig centre developer Riofisa, has bought three new logistics centres in the United States, all of which are operated by the e-commerce giant Amazon. The operation amounted to 118 million dollars (116.5 million euros) and includes two assets in California (specifically, in Palmdale and Chula Vista) and another in Iowa.
For the Palmdale warehouse, Maori European Holding paid 60 million dollars; for the Chula Vista property, 30 million dollars; and for the Iowa asset, 22 million dollars.
