The Spanish logistics sector achieved a national record in the first quarter of 2022 with 690,000 m2 of logistics space leased, according to data from the consulting firm CBRE.
Specifically, 311,000 m² of logistics space was leased in the Central Region, down by 10% compared to the same period in 2021.
