During the last quarter of 2021, 108,549 m2 of office space was leased in Madrid, which represents a rise of 2.5% compared to the period from October-December the previous year and of 19% compared to the previous quarter, as reported on Monday by the real estate consultant BNP Paribas Real Estate.
On the other hand, the average rental price reached 18.5 euros per m2 per month, down by 1.8% compared to the fourth quarter of 2020, but up by 1.8% compared to the period from July to September last year.
