The Leading Companies Seling Homes in Spain

A dozen companies dominate the supply of housing for sale in Spain, a product where 83% is in the hands of professionals, according to data from the big data platform Brainsre.

Spain enjoys a high degree of professionalisation in the real estate sector, with 83.12% of residential assets for sale in the hands of real estate agents (APIs). These professionals are dedicated to advising, managing and brokering transactions involving the purchase, sale, lease, exchange or transfer of real estate. They also manage the rights relating to real estate, including its constitution, and issue opinions regarding market values.

However, although most home sellers opt for real estate agencies instead of private sales, we are still far from the levels of professionalisation in other European countries.
