In an uncertain context, where key players in the economy are redesigning their strategies for 2021, the main players in the real estate portfolio sector are going to be meeting over the next few days in Madrid at the National Conference of Real Estate Servicing.
The event, which will take place between 13 and 16 October and which is sponsored by LEM Loan eMarket, seeks to shed light on how the market is shaping up for the mass management of real estate assets. Such assets are held by financial institutions, large funds, groups of investors, venture capital firms, family offices and Socimis. The event also aims to identify where the great opportunities are for the ecosystem of specialist services for the entire process of evaluation, purchase and award of the different types of portfolios and assets.
