The Governing Council of the Junta de Andalucía, at the proposal of the Minister for Tourism, Regeneration, Justice and Local Administration, has decided to commission the Accelerator Unit for Projects of Strategic Interest in Andalucía to boost the construction of three first-rate hotels in Marbella (Málaga), which will involve an investment of more than 411 million euros.
Specifically, the projects in question are the luxury hotel resort Las Dunas Club, the Siete Revueltas Resort hotel complex and the 5-star hotel Banús Centro de Exposiciones. Their development will result in the creation of 1,673 jobs during the building process and subsequent start-up.
