Bringing to life the development of the ‘Ensanche Levante de Benidorm’ Plan will involve an investment of no less than 570 million euros, according to estimates by the current developers, who are the owners of the land and who together form an Urban Interest Group (AIU).
The project involves the development of 56 hectares (560,000 square metres) in total, which will change the appearance of this part of the Costa Blanca’s tourism mecca, next to the Levante area, where modern residential buildings and hotels will be built in sufficient numbers to cover the municipalities’ needs for decades.
