Atom, Bankinter’s hotel Socimi, closed the year with revenues of 38 million euros, up by 13% compared to a year earlier, as reported by the company through BME Growth.
Despite the fact that the Socimi has been able to weather the coronavirus crisis in terms of its turnover, the gross value of its asset portfolio (GAV) has been affected. In this sense, at the end of 2020, its portfolio was valued at 657 million euros, down by 2.1% compared to the end of 2019.
