The real estate group Excem Real Estate, controlled by the Hatchwell family, is going to build 37 luxury homes in Estepona. This exclusive project on the Costa del Sol will be called Liora Estepona by Pininfarina. Colliers International will be in charge of marketing the homes, which will be designed by the Italian company Pininfarina.
The homes are expected to cost upwards of 1.5 million euros a piece. The properties will span between 250 and 700 square metres, with high ceilings of up to 6 metres, terraces with hanging gardens and common areas with a pool on the roof. In addition, there will be a botanical garden spanning more than 15,000 m² along with coworking areas.
