The Catalan property developer Becorp is planning the launch of up to 2,800 build to rent homes in Barcelona and its metropolitan area over the next three years.
The company owned by the Grifols family already has a fully occupied development in San Just Desvern (Barcelona) and is currently marketing its second project in the same town. Both projects contain more than one hundred homes.
