On Thursday, the Prime Minister, Pedro Sánchez, unveiled a plan for the reactivation of the tourism sector, one of the hardest hit by the coronavirus pandemic.

This Plan to Boost the Tourism Sector includes 28 measures structured around five main courses of action: restoring confidence in Spain as a safe destination, implementing measures to reactivate the sector, improving the competitiveness of tourist destinations, improving the model for tourism knowledge and intelligence, and a marketing and promotion campaign.
