The Government will subsidise up to a maximum of €400 per square metre or up to 60% of the purchase price for homes intended to increase the public and social stock either for rent or transfer of use.
That was reflected in the order published on Saturday by the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and the Urban Agenda in the Official State Gazette (BOE), which modifies the royal decree approved by the previous Executive to regulate the State Housing Plan for 2018-2021.
