The Ministry of Transport, Mobility and the Urban Agenda has launched a reform of the Housing Plan for 2018-2021, which is currently in force to facilitate the management of housing and to achieve “greater efficiency in the use of the resources” that it is assigned.
In terms of the new initiatives that it will introduce, one highlight is the extension by one year, until December 2022, of the term for the concession of the different rental and purchase grants that the plan contemplates to take advantage of the funds transferred by the Ministry to the autonomous regions, according to Europa Press.
